Our Mission
We're not your average benefits platform – we're the driving force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers. Our mission is clear: to build a world where everything works at its best, ensuring every employee gets the support they need to thrive, both at work and beyond.
Your Mission
As our GTM Engineer, you will build the machine the business runs on. You sit with the people who run growth (demand gen, marketing, sales), get what they're trying to do, and design the systems, agents and automations that make it happen, so work that used to be manual just runs. You think holistically, not tool by tool: how data moves between systems, where the manual toil and errors are, what to automate and what still needs a human in the loop.
Things you will be working on...
- Architecting the Growth Engine: design how the GTM stack fits together (CRM, the warehouse, the tools around them) and build the automations that connect it, so the machine runs instead of people copy-pasting between tools.
- Putting Agents to Work: design and ship the agent stack for growth, prospecting, intent-to-action, enrichment, routing, with the guardrails to keep it safe. Pick the right tools (Clay, HubSpot, n8n, Make, Claude, APIs) and know when to let an agent run and when to keep a human in the loop.
- Measuring and Improving the Funnel: build the data pipelines that feed growth, the enrichment and buying signals that tell us who to target and when. Then watch the numbers: track conversion at each stage, find where pipeline leaks, and ship the fix. Prove the revenue impact, don't assume it.
- Making the Handoffs Disappear: build the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and CS so the baton passes cleanly, without anyone translating by hand.
- Keeping the Machine Running: maintain, monitor, and improve what you build rather than shipping it and walking away. SQL to interrogate the warehouse, dashboards that update themselves, the odd PR when the job needs it.
You will love this role if you/have...
- A builder first mentality: you’ve built real systems and automations that other people rely on, and you can show us what you've shipped.
- Fluency with automation platforms and APIs: You wire tools together yourself rather than waiting for someone else to, using tooling like n8n, Make, Zapier etc.
- You understand code and systems: you can read code, ship a small PR, and get to a working solution with the tools available. You don't need to be a software engineer, and this isn't an engineering role — but "I don't touch code" won't work here.
- Strong data skills: you can interrogate a data warehouse and trust your own numbers.
- Depth in a modern GTM stack and CRM: you've designed and built on systems like HubSpot, or AI-native CRM's like Attio.
- You've worked inside a GTM function: sales, marketing, RevOps, CS — long enough to know the motion from the inside: how leads become pipeline, where reps lose time, why a rep distrusts a lead score.
You won't love this role if you...
- Need a slow pace to feel comfortable - we move fast, and we prioritise action, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.
- Are uncomfortable being accountable for outcomes - this role involves owning projects end-to-end and being responsible for making them succeed and delivering them at a high quality.
- Prefer maintaining the status quo - we want to challenge assumptions and push for better ways of working.
- Prefer a highly structured environment with established processes and clearly defined boundaries - we’re still building, and sometimes that means creating the path as we go.
- Struggle with ambiguity or expect prescriptive direction - you’ll get support and context, but you’ll need to figure things out and take ownership.
- Wait for others to step up, or to be told what to do - We are a high-performance and high-reward workplace and are looking for people who are proactive.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to build a go-to-market engine from AI-first principles, with the freedom to design it the way it should work, rather than inherit someone else's setup. You'll own it end to end, with the budget, the autonomy to make the calls, and a direct line to the founders in our Transformation tribe. You’ll spend your time pushing the frontier of what's possible, rather than persuading anyone it matters, and every system you build gives the team back time for the work that moves us forward.
