Your Mission
As our Brand Design Lead at Ben, you will evolve and bring to life Benâs visual identity across every touchpoint â website, campaigns, video, podcast, events,ıÄı and sales storytelling.
Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you\âll set the creative direction and strategy, whilst also executing it end to end. You\âll evolve our visual identity as we scale into enterprise, build on an established design system, and deliver highâimpact creative work that helps usé è°±äžstand out in a highly competitive market.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Evolving Ben\âs visual identity: typography, colour, illustration, photography, motion â as we grow into larger, more complex customers.
- Maintaining and building on our design system: components, styles, motion principles, and guidance that scales.
- Designing and iterating on our website, making complex ideas feel simple, keeping it fresh and conversionâfriendly.
- Owning highâimpact creative projects: campaign work, product launches, events, the work that ĐœĐ”ĐŸĐ±Ń ŃĐŽĐœĐŸ seen and remembered.
- Leading visual direction for video and podcast: storytelling, shoot planning, filming, editing, and packaging content for social.
- Creating materials that help us win on the biggest stages: pitch decks, oneâpagers, case studies, swag â turning complex messaging into visuals that build trust with enterprise buyers.
Youâll Thrive Here If You Have
- 5+ years of design experience, with strong brand/marketing design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or highâgrowth tech businesses).
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates creative range (digital, campaigns, web, and storytelling) â motion/video a big plus.
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and art direction.
- Systems thinking: youâve built (or meaningfully contributed to) scalable design systems, templates, or brand toolkits.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong communication skills: you can present work clearly, give and receive feedback well, and bring stakeholders along with you.
- Selfâstarter energy: organized, pragmatic, and happy figuring things out when things are ambiguous.
- High attention to detail, with a deep understanding of design best practices and trends.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience designing for events: booths, installations, physical brand moments.
- Have strong motion skills, animation chops, or photography/art direction experience.
- Have handsâon video experience: youâve planned shoots, been behind the camera, and have done the editing.
- Curiosity about AI in design: youâve explored tools like Midjourney, Runway, or AI workflows in Figma, or used them professionally within your work.

- Wait for others to step up, or to be told what to do â we are a highâperformance and highâreward workplace and are looking for people who are proactive.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + equity, so you own what you build.
- ÂŁ100 monthly personal Ben Balance for whatever works for you â àŠ àŠà§àŠàŠČ this allowance will increase by ÂŁ50 for each year of service until you reach ÂŁ250.
- Weekly lunch provided in office so you can 髿ž spend quality time with the team over some tasty food.
- 28 days of holiday a year plus bank holidays, and an option to buy or sell 2 days per year. Holiday,input will also increase to 30 days at your 3rd year of service.
