Senior Children\'s Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding Children’s Home organisation in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality residential care for children and young people with complex needs.
- Support and supervise residents to promote safety, well-being and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a caring, structured environment that supports children\'s experiences of childhood with elements of fun and discovery.
What You Need
- Recent experience as a Senior Children\'s Residential Support Worker or a Children\'s Residential Support Worker in a Children\'s Home.
- Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
