Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowance
We are looking for a Children\'s Home Team Leader to join an outstanding Children’s Home organisation located in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
Overview
The organisation provides residential care for children and young people with complex needs. The goal is to create an experience of childhood filled with fun, laughter, friendship and discovery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Children’s Home team to deliver high-quality residential care for children and young people with complex needs.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing and structured environment and support the wellbeing and development of residents.
- Collaborate with staff to foster a sense of team, inclusion and belonging, and to value diverse perspectives.

What We Need
- Recent experience as a Children\'s Home Team Leader or a Children\'s Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.
- Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
