We are recruiting for a passionate, salesâdriven individual to join our dynamic team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to build and grow our sales portfolio, whilst representing a wellârespected brand known for its quality and creativity.
Role OverviewWith at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the FF&E sector, the candidate will provide an outstanding level of support to our clients, assisting them in successfully completing projects using a variety of furniture designs within the Blue Label collection. The candidate will be confident in meeting clients faceâtoâface whilst building close working relationships, as well as providing officeâbased support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling furniture products within the highâend interior design sector. You will leverage your existing network, industry knowledge, passion and relationshipâbuilding skills to help drive new business whilst maintaining existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and build relationships with interior designers, architects, specifiers, and hospitality professionals to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Seek new business opportunities with potential clients with the aim of developing longâlasting relationships.
Work towards individual sales commission figures to meet set targets and reach company objectives.
Assist with organising and attending marketing and trade events to showcase the collection.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years\â experience in business development, sales, or account management within the furniture industry, specifically targeting interior designers, architects and hospitality clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail in the completion and execution of tasks.
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, as well as being a team player.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CAD drawings would be an advantage; training will be provided.
