Overview
Merchandising Admin Assistant β Leeds (LS15) β Full-Time. Ben Sherman is a British heritage brand with a lifestyle collection. This role supports the Merchandising team with analysis to maintain optimum stock levels, plan future seasons, and help maximise sales and profitability.
Purpose of the role
The Merchandising Administration Assistant supports the Merchandising team in analysing requirements to maintain optimum stocks and to ensure futures seasons are planned and bought effectively, meeting the commercial and retail needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Monday Trade: Run and distribute key Monday reports for Monday trade
- Distribute promotion analysis
- Prepare ad hoc departmental analyses requested by merchandising teams
- Monitor availability of key products and suggest stock movements to core & branch merchandising teams
- Stock Management: Liaise with Merchandising and Logistics regarding stocks and deliveries and flag any issues or late deliveries
- Input price changes for promotions and markdowns on the system and communicate actions to the wider business
- Analysis: Collate monthly lessons learnt reports from finance and run analysis to aid monthly reporting
- Produce CTD sales and margin performance for sign-off meetings
- Prepare and present ideal size ratios by category at the start of each season and maintain/review them throughout the season
- Conduct any other ad hoc analysis required to support the merchandising team
