We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Social Worker (CAP) to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults in our community. This role is vital in ensuring that vulnerable adults receive the support and services they need to lead fulfilling lives. As an Adults Social Worker, you will conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and advocate for the needs of your clients. You will work closely with other professionals and stakeholders to provide integrated support and navigate complex systems, ensuring clients have access to resources such as healthcare, housing, and social services. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid social work license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Proven experience working with adults in a social work or community service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding policies, mental health, and social care regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
