We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Tenant and Landlord Engagement Officer to join our team at the PO2/PO3 level. In this role, you will act as a vital link between tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and positive relationships are established and maintained. Your primary focus will be on fostering a harmonious living environment by addressing the concerns of tenants while ensuring that landlords' rights and responsibilities are upheld. This position requires a strong understanding of housing regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community engagement. You will be responsible for mediating disputes, providing guidance on tenancy laws, and organizing community events to promote collaboration and understanding among residents. You will also be instrumental in developing outreach programs that inform landlords and tenants of their rights and responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between tenants and landlords to resolve issues amicably.

Requirements:
