We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Tenant and Landlord Engagement Officer to join our team at the PO2/PO3 level. In this role, you will act as a vital link between tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and positive relationships are established and maintained. Your primary focus will be on fostering a harmonious living environment by addressing the concerns of tenants while ensuring that landlords' rights and responsibilities are upheld. This position requires a strong understanding of housing regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community engagement. You will be responsible for mediating disputes, providing guidance on tenancy laws, and organizing community events to promote collaboration and understanding among residents. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
