Senior Social Worker (SSW) – 2+ Years Experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.
- Provide counseling and support to clients facing a variety of social challenges.
- Advocate for clients to access community resources and services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies to coordinate care.
- Maintain detailed case records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and needs.
Requirements
- Master\’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in social work.
- Current licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.
