The Principal Planner is a pivotal role in shaping the future development and land use strategies of our community. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in urban or regional planning.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, land use planning, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in GIS software and other planning tools and technologies.
