Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outreach Team Leader (SO1) to join our dynamic organization. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing outreach strategies that engage and inspire our target audience, while fostering strong community relationships. You will lead a team of outreach professionals, ensuring the successful execution of programs and initiatives aimed at expanding our reach and impact. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor\βs degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach or engagement, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on community engagement activities.
- Proficiency in using social media, digital marketing, and outreach tools to enhance visibility.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing outreach impact and developing data-driven strategies.
