Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse / RMN to join our Acute Hospital team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with acute mental health conditions.
• Assess patients\’ needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current NMC registration.
• Proven experience working in an acute hospital or mental health setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
