Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Assist with mobility and physical rehabilitation exercises

Requirements

  • Must have a valid HCA certification or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a care or support worker role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
  • Flexibility in work hours and adaptability to different situations
  • Reliable transportation to the job location and willingness to travel if needed
