Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on leasehold matters to customers and colleagues.
- Manage lease extensions, enfranchisements, and leasehold sales processes efficiently.
- Review and analyze lease documents to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with legal teams, surveyors, and external stakeholders to resolve leasehold disputes.
- Assist in the preparation and management of service charge accounts and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to leasehold properties and activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing leasehold inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Support the development and improvement of leasehold policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Leasehold Advisor or in a similar leasehold/property management role.
- Strong understanding of leasehold legislation and regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
