We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Social Worker to join our team as an ASW (Approved Social Worker) at WCR 3 level. Key Objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments under the Mental Health Act.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Qualified and registered Social Worker with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Approved Social Worker (ASW) status or willingness to undertake ASW training.
  • Proven experience in adult mental health social work, preferably within statutory services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act and related legislation.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent professional qualification.
  • HCPC registration as a Social Worker.
