We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Specialist Practitioner to join our team in providing critical support and guidance to individuals affected by domestic violence. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with domestic abuse victims or in a related support role.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics and impact of domestic violence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
