Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master\’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state social work license (LCSW or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social work practice, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with program evaluation and knowledge of community resources.
