We are seeking a passionate and innovative Chef to join our culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality dishes that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity. Responsibilities:- Designing innovative and seasonal menus that reflect culinary trends.
- Overseeing food preparation and cooking techniques to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflows and collaboration.
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
- Training and mentoring kitchen personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Plating dishes elegantly and ensuring food presentation meets our restaurant's standards.
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking styles, techniques, and cuisines.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognised institution is preferred.
