We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker - Non Resident (L2Z1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand the critical role of providing exceptional services to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of our facilities. As a caretaker, you will be responsible for duties ranging from maintenance and minor repairs to managing supplies and addressing general concerns raised by users of the facilities. Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve any maintenance issues.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Respond promptly to requests and concerns from staff and users regarding facility-related issues.
- Prepare and implement a schedule for routine maintenance tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for more complex repairs and maintenance needs.
- Proven experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
