We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care facility, ensuring that we meet and exceed regulatory standards and that our services are tailored to the unique needs of our residents. You will work closely with staff, families, and health professionals to foster a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the compliance of care services with health and safety regulations and CQC standards.
  • Lead, manage, and support the care team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of residents in collaboration with health professionals.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals to ensure team development and morale.
  • Monitor and manage the facility's budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with families, external organizations, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and open communication.
  • Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and rights of residents in all aspects of care provision.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Proven experience in a management role within a care setting, preferably with experience in senior care or residential services.
  • Strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to care.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
