We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Out of Hours Support Worker G5 to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in providing support and assistance to individuals during non-traditional hours, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need when traditional services are unavailable. As an Out of Hours Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and independence of those in our care, thereby making a positive difference in their lives.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing direct support to individuals during out of hours periods.

  • Assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements:
