Responsibilities
- Assist the Officer in Charge in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize team effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure collaboration across organizational units.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and report on areas for improvement.
- Lead special projects as assigned by the Officer in Charge, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Act as the Officer in Charge in their absence, making key decisions and representing the organization at meetings or events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
