We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our dynamic team within the Social Care industry. As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of services, supporting both our staff and patients. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care, as you manage daily operations, oversee staff performance, and collaborate with various departments to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities
