Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure access to needed resources and services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
- Valid social work license (or eligibility to obtain one if required).
- Proven experience in social work, case management, or counseling roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to diverse populations.
- Demonstrated understanding of social service systems and available community resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
