Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the shop, develop the team, and make each guest’s visit special. This hands-on leadership role keeps you on the floor, leading by example and ensuring smooth operations.
You’ll coach scoopers and shift leads, oversee cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing, while building a culture of great service and opportunities to grow into a Shop Manager.
