Ability to work as a member of the team. Ability to work profitably and economically. Ability to interpret and analyse complex medical, social and legal evidence and to apply statute, regulation, case law and guidance to the facts of the client’s case. Strong research skills and the ability to consider critically how to use law to advance clients’ cases. Computer literate. The ability to word process documents with speed and accuracy. Good organisational skills. Ability to contribute to the development and marketing of the department. Ability to work flexibly and to meet deadlines. Experience Experience of Personal Injury and/or Actions against Public Authorities (essential). Experience which indicates commercial awareness (essential). Experience of administrative work (desirable). Experience of working with people from a range of backgrounds (essential). Qualifications Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX (essential) Evidence of good level of academic ability (essential) Personal Sympathy with ethical principles of the Firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
