We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving Sales & Growth – manage a portfolio of brands, securing both new and repeat business.
  • Building Customer Relationships – be a trusted advisor, matching products and services to customer needs.
  • Managing the Full Sales Cycle – from lead generation to demos, finance solutions, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Representing Ben Burgess – attend customer-focused events and ensure every interaction is first‑class.
  • Collaborating with teams – work closely with finance, marketing, and depot managers to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in high‑value equipment (£100k+ unit price).
  • Agricultural industry knowledge (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
  • A results‑driven individual with a strong track record in sales success.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with a professional approach.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset – experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
  • Seasonal & weekend availability – weekend and harvest availability will be required to meet customer demands.
