We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to be a vital part of our team, delivering a first-class service to customers and colleagues alike. Whether you\’re helping a large farming business, a workshop technician, or someone popping in for a toy tractor – you’ll bring the same high standards of care and attention every time.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Providing knowledgeable, friendly service across the counter, over the phone and online.
- Supporting our technicians with the parts they need to keep machines moving.
- Managing stock and keeping our displays looking sharp and shop-ready.
- Helping customers identify what they need – and going the extra mile to find it.
- Playing your part in maintaining tidy, accurate, and efficient parts operations.
What we\’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a parts or agricultural machinery environment.
- Great customer service skills – you know how to listen and you genuinely care.
- Comfortable using systems and online platforms to manage stock and orders.
- A clean driving licence and willingness to be flexible with working hours.
