We are currently seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the needs of our clients. The recruiter will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure that they are met.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions
- Use different sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs
- Manage candidate relationships and communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates
- Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
