BEMO Tunnelling ist ein Spezialunternehmen mit breitem Leistungsspektrum in den Bereichen Tunnelling, Ingenieurbau, Industrie- und Stahlbau, Spezialtiefbau, Bauwerkserhaltung und Bergbau. Als zentraler Baustein unseres Unternehmens sind unsere Mitarbeiter:innen unsere wichtigste Ressource. Für unsere Auslandsprojekte in Großbritannien suchen wir ehest möglich eine:n Überwachung der Vortriebsarbeiten im Tunnel.
- Sicherstellung, dass die aktuelle Ausbauplanung eingehalten wird und die Ausführungsqualität den örtlichen Anforderungen entspricht.
- Verfassen von Arbeitstäglichen Berichten und Qualitätsprotokollen.
- Wissensaustausch mit dem Vortriebsmannschaften, Ratschläge und Verbesserungshinweise mit dem Team besprechen.
- Tägliche Berichterstattung an den Senior SCL Engineer.
Langjährige Erfahrung im konventionellen Tunnelbau, idealerweise ergänzt durch Auslandserfahrung. Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams effektiv zu leiten. Interkulturelle Kompetenz und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um erfolgreich auf internationaler Ebene zu arbeiten. Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus. Reisebereitschaft und Freude an internationalen Projekten runden dein Profil ab.

Das Bruttogehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Bauindustrie, wobei eine marktkonforme Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung für uns selbstverständlich ist. Bei einschlägiger Berufserfahrung liegt das Jahresbruttogehalt versierter Personen bei ca. € 100.000 bis € 120.000.
