Hello. We are looking for a Chef de Partie. He/she must have a solid proven career history. He/she will work well under pressure, be familiar with plated banqueting service along with short order cooking exposure. He/she will be prepared to work under the supervision of our head chef and must be able to work on their own. Must be a team player and prepared to get their hands dirty; kitchen hygiene is paramount and he/she will have to demonstrate this.
We are a small company looking to expand as opportunities arise, so your future with our company is about building longevity, contributing to our cooking styles, and wanting to develop into a high-grade chef for the future. Rate of pay will be discussed and based on what you can add to our business, based on your skills, ability, honesty, and flexibility.
