Overview
Bar & Front of House Team Members Required
Excellent rates of pay for the right candidates and the chance to work at one of the best locations on the Island.
Bembridge Sailing Club are recruiting for F.O.H and Bar Staff in preparation of the busy Sailing season ahead.
Experience is desirable however training will be provided.

The roles are offered as flexible positions on a F/T or P/T seasonal, however we are happy to commit to year-round (non-seasonal) work
Skills Required
- Experience is preferred however training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Desire to provide excellent customer service to our Members, their Guests and visiting Yachts people alike
- Proactive and confident approach with a βcan doβ attitude is essential
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure using your own initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively
Essential
- Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK
- Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Operating and serving at the bar
- Serving and clearing tables
- Stock management and record keeping
- Health and hygiene
- Attending staff meetings as required
- Attend relevant training and development sessions as required
