The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive (Industrial) to develop the Central South Coast Region. In this role, you will operate in a field-based capacity, combining technical problem-solving with relationship-led sales. This Industrial Sales Executive Role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technical solution selling. What You Will Do:
- Develop a strategic territory plan which supports the growth and revenue expectations of the business.
- Balance your time between strengthening existing customer relationships, diversifying account activity across the product portfolio, and proactively pursuing new business to build a resilient, high-performing sales pipeline.
- Provide technical, engineering-led solutions using Belzona’s proven repair and protection systems to a broad range of industrial customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and customer training to support capability development.
About You: You are likely already successful in technical sales and enjoy working with engineering-focused customers. In particular, you will bring the following:
- A sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to grow existing accounts while actively developing new customers through structured territory and account planning.
- Proven technical sales experience in industrial markets (coatings, repair, maintenance, engineering solutions, etc.).
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, and problem-solving skills that will enable you to thrive in this Industrial Sales Executive Role.
