We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Valuer & Negotiator to join our team.You will be responsible for facilitating property sales and ensuring a seamless experience for Vendors and Buyers throughout the marketing, viewing and negotiation process.
Job Description
- Manage leads from potential vendors, booking in, carrying out and managing all aspects of carrying out a professional property valuation.
- Assisting in the marketing of properties, carrying out compliance checks for vendors and buyers.
- Developing excellent relationships with vendors throughout the marketing stage, providing them with valuable market insights and regular, constructive feedback regarding the sale of their property.
- Engaging with buyers to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Managing telephone and email leads, matching buyers to suitable properties.
- Conducting viewings, negotiating offers and working on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Providing vendors and buyers with referrals to additional property services that they may require, such as mortgages, conveyancing and insurance services.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the Sales Department, to ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the process.
- Carrying out the administrative tasks relating to property listings, valuations and viewings as well as managing compliance documentation.
- Providing our clients with expert advice and a professional service at all times.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Experience within a Sales Valuer / Sales Negotiator role would be ideal, however we will provide full training. Skills and experience in Sales and Negotiation is necessary.
- Experience in offering high levels of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
- A polite and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills – you will be managing multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
- Administrative proficiency – you will be handling documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- A keen interest in the property market and in dealing with people.
- A proactive approach and desire to learn and engage.
- A clean and valid drivers licence.
- Experience working in Estate Agency or within a similar role.
- Experience in field sales and working to targets and on KPI’s.
- Exposure to Estate Agency Software, property portals etc.
- Local to the area with a good knowledge of Swansea & the surrounding areas.
