Belvoir Stafford and Stone is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to take ownership of a Stone patch and grow an established lettings book. You will work with the Head of Lettings and Managing Director, advising landlords on legislation and compliance.
You will manage relationships with landlord clients, conduct accompanied viewings, negotiate offers, progress tenancies, and handle referencing and paperwork, while helping win new instructions and support business development.
