Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aldershot for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator. The role involves conducting property viewings, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales and lettings processes, and negotiating offers. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the business through proactive communication and professional advice regarding residential lettings and sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings
- Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Sales skills, with a focus on negotiation and closing deals
