About Belvoir Farm
Belvoir Farm started in 1984 on a kitchen table in Leicestershire, with a tub full of elderflowers and a hand-written family recipe. Today, we are still a family-owned business, but now we make millions of bottles of drinks each year and export to over 26 countries – all from our farm near Bottesford in the Vale of Belvoir.
What we do
We are experts in making soft drinks. We only use fresh flowers, spices and the very best fruit juices to make delicious tasting, natural drinks. In fact, we are particularly proud that all the recipes for our drinks are entirely natural and we never use artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or stabilisers. We cherish our natural environment - our elderflower plantations are certified organic, and we have planted thousands of native trees on the farm, as well as re-laying over 10 miles of hedges.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and capable International Sales Executive to support the continued expansion of our international channel, with a focus on North and South America. Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth across the USA and Canada by working closely with existing distributor partners and identifying potential new export partners.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities by researching target customers using provided resources and self-sourced channels, including carefully thought out communication strategy or LinkedIn outreach to identify key decision makers.
- Identify, assess, and onboard new distribution partners in South America and the Caribbean to support market expansion.
- Support the development of annual sales targets and joint business plans for each assigned market.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local distributors to design and execute effective trade marketing plans.
- Work with the Belvoir Farm marketing team to develop consumer marketing campaigns tailored to specific international markets.
- Prepare annual forecasts and budgets for assigned territories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Manage the full P&L for relevant accounts, with guidance and support from line management.
- Develop international value chain models, P&L projections, and SWOT analyses to support new market proposals and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sustainability, marketing, and operations teams to meet customer, regulatory, and market requirements.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives, including cross-department communication, team events, and volunteer activities.
Candidate Profile
- Preferable experience in account management, ideally within the food & drink or export channel.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
