Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for an Administration & Attendance Assistant to join the office team at Belvedere Junior School. This role is term time only – 40 weeks per year, 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:40.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve levels of attendance for all students.
  • Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture at The Pioneer Academy.
  • Assist the school to reach its attendance targets.
  • Provide a reception service for all callers to the school.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and compliance with data protection laws.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS certificate required upon offer, including a check of the Children’s Barred List.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct required for candidates who have lived or worked outside the UK.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and compliance with the school’s safeguarding policy.
