About the Role

The Care Assistant role involves personal care including continence support, washing, dressing, medication support, meal preparation and assisting with household tasks. You will promote independence and bring joy to those you support.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Excellent rates of pay £14.00 - £16.00 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £15.69 - £17.93 per hour including holiday pay & pension)
  • Free DBS check offered
  • Flexible shifts: average 20 to 40 hours per week, with options for short shifts or 12‑hour shifts, days or nights
  • Enhanced bank holiday rates
  • Paid training after successful completion of 1 week’s work

Qualifications

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work
