  • Have a minimum of 3 months' care experience in a UK care setting or through supporting a family member.

Excellent rates of pay £14.75 - £15.75 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £16.53 to £17.65 per hour including holiday pay & pension).

Expected average hours – 20 to 40+ hours per week. Flexible shifts available, including half days, full days, and complex care runs (including domiciliary and children’s clients).

About the role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a wide range of needs in their own homes. This includes:

  • Supporting people with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory needs.
  • Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction, and tracheostomy support (full training provided).
  • Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
