About the role:
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a wide range of needs in their own homes. This includes:
- Supporting people with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory needs.
- Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction, and tracheostomy support (full training provided).
- Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
