Beluga Rox is recruiting a Care Assessor for their client to support the delivery of safe, person-centred care across Chester in a role that’s varied, meaningful, and truly people-focused.
The Role
- You’ll complete assessments and reviews, develop person-centred care plans, and keep accurate records using digital systems.
- You’ll also support care staff and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the right care at the right time.
