What will I do? Responsible for leading the Conference & Events team, you'll lead from the front and work together with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Working closely with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and execute each event, meeting the client's expectations.
Is this the role for me? Previous experience working within hospitality. Have worked in a busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddings venue. People management experience. Up to date with food & beverages trends & best practice. Knowledge of wines & spirits.
