Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Cheshire Oaks Store team, working 24 hours a week. Our Sales Associates bring Belstaff to life for our customers by demonstrating brand values and engaging customers through sharing knowledge of our heritage and products. The role involves driving sales, building rapport, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic team
- Approach customers and build rapport to anticipate their needs
- Showcase product collections and share Belstaff stories to upsell
- Share knowledge of services such as product care, waxing, and customization, including aftersales support
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock on the shop floor and back of house
- Follow company and store security procedures, including loss prevention
- Participate in stock audits and counts
- Liaise with Store Management on daily decisions
- Adhere to all company rules and health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service
