About the role
Contract Type: Regular
Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with shifts ranging from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance). Hours: Around 40 hours a week.
A full UK Manual driving licence (Required).
Qualifications

- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- No prior experience required for trainees; for experienced technicians proven fitting vehicle glass experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a centre or mobile service, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces.
- Repair and replace vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools.
- Solve problems and deliver care that makes a difference.
- Assist customers with value‑added products such as wipers.
Training & Development
- Full training programme for trainees.
- IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
- Ongoing development to become a skilled, experienced fitter.
- Training to fit and sell value‑added products (e.g., wipers).
