Minimum Starting Salary: £29,664.54 per annum.
For experienced fitters (minimum 12 months experience): basic salary up to £28,082.68 (£30,890.94 inner London) plus bonus potential.
Qualifications:
- Genuine people person who enjoys working with customers and the public.
- Self‑motivated and driven, able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Meet customers at their home or place of work and repair or replace vehicle glass to the highest standards.
- Use industry‑leading technology and tools to solve customers’ problems with real care.
- Adhere to company training and quality standards as a glass technician.
- Learn to sell and fit value‑added products such as wipers.
