- What You’ll Do
- Based in one of our centres or on the road, meet customers at their homes or workplaces to repair or replace vehicle glass to high standards using industry‑leading tools.
- Problem‑solving and delivering care that makes a difference for customers.
- Operate within schedules and roam across locations as part of a rotating shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality glass repair and replacement services.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all work activities.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep accurate records as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication in person and by phone or email as needed.
- What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Experience level: Trainee Technicians may join with the right attitude; Experienced Technicians with relevant fitment experience are encouraged to apply.
