We’re looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our growing Insights & Analytics team—someone who can turn data into a powerful story and become a trusted partner to the business.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter decisions by designing and delivering impactful reporting across Salesforce and Oracle, while ensuring consistency with enterprise data standards. Your role will include:
- Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
- Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs
- Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation
- Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices
- Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support
- Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business engagement skills:
- Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required
- Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures
- Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce & Oracle / CRM & ERP)
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, validation, and data integrity
- Confidence creating clear documentation, definitions, and reporting standards
