Join Autoglass® and Laddaw® as a Trainee or Experienced Technician. You will use state‑of‑the‑art tools to repair or replace vehicle glass, meeting customers at home, office or retail premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and replace windshields and side windows to high‑quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to clients.
- Work independently from a fixed centre or on a mobile shift rota.
- Sell value‑added products such as wipers where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine people person who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- For experienced technicians: proven experience fitting vehicle glass.
What Your Day Will Look Like
No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools. Your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.
Training & Development
