Role Overview

We are hiring Trainee Technicians and Experienced Technicians for our UK centres and mobile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace vehicle glass to the highest industry standards.
  • Provide customer service on site at customers’ homes or workplaces.
  • Identify and sell value‑added products such as wipers.
  • Work independently while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Assist in training new team members and share best practices.

Working Hours

Annualised hours – approximately 40 hours a week. Operations run Mon‑Sat with shifts from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Rota is supplied in advance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence – required.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience fitting vehicle glass is a plus for experienced roles; not required for trainees.

Training & Development

  • Full IMI‑accredited training programme for trainees.
  • IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
  • Ongoing development for experienced technicians.
  • Training in fitting and selling value‑added products.
