Role Overview
We are hiring Trainee Technicians and Experienced Technicians for our UK centres and mobile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and replace vehicle glass to the highest industry standards.
- Provide customer service on site at customers’ homes or workplaces.
- Identify and sell value‑added products such as wipers.
- Work independently while maintaining safety and quality.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
Working Hours
Annualised hours – approximately 40 hours a week. Operations run Mon‑Sat with shifts from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Rota is supplied in advance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence – required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience fitting vehicle glass is a plus for experienced roles; not required for trainees.
Training & Development
- Full IMI‑accredited training programme for trainees.
- IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
- Ongoing development for experienced technicians.
- Training in fitting and selling value‑added products.
